Mechanical-physical treatment

Soil and building rubble are sieved or crushed in the soil treatment facility in Deutzen. This process separates unwanted substances and ensures that the material is ideally prepared for downstream processing.

Once accepted, the material is mechanically pretreated, depending on its contamination and structure. The company uses flat shaker decks, drum or starscreen machines for this purpose.

Building rubble is reduced to processing size in a jaw crusher.
